Our big-batch sourdough buttermilk pancake mix is made with dried sourdough starter and buttermilk powder so you can whip up café-worthy pancakes anytime. Just add water, an egg, and melted butter, and you’re griddling in minutes!
Entire batch makes approximately 18 pancakes (5"). One recipe makes approximately 6 pancakes. Recipe is included.
