Larger than chicken eggs, they feature rich, creamy yolks and a wonderfully buttery flavor that's especially prized for baking, quiche, homemade pasta, and gourmet breakfasts. Our turkeys spend their days foraging on pasture, chasing bugs, and living the way God intended.
*Note: Our turkey eggs are unwashed to preserve their natural protective coating, called the bloom, which keeps them fresh without refrigeration. Because they come straight from the nest, they are often quite muddy or dirty—that's completely normal! You can safely store them at room temperature for up to 6 weeks, or refrigerate them if you prefer. Once washed or chilled, keep them refrigerated.
